LGBT Hangouts In Delhi: SafeHavens

LGBT Hangouts In Delhi: SafeHavens

Until the Sec 377 is decriminalised by the Supreme Court Homosexuality will continue to be viewed as a crime in India. This leaves very few safe spaces for the LGBT community to hangout, share their woes or meet like minded people without the fear of persecution by police or hooligans.

We did a quick round up of all such safe places in and around Delhi to find the best spots and safe havens for the LGBT+ community.

Here’s a quick guide:

LGBT Night-out Party Club

Previous parties have been hosted by friendly restaurants and bars like Guppy by Ai in Jor Bagh, Sky Lounge in CP, and Mocha Lounge in Defence Colony Market.

Entry is usually INR 600. Previous parties have also been able to raise money for causes such as Chandigarh Pride.
