Lilly turned to YouTube in order to battle depression. Her videos consist of motivation content, Indian reactions and other variety. It wasn’t long ago when Singh broke stereotypes and came out as bisexual hence encouraging us to recognize and fully accept our sexuality.

Now she has surprised us with the launch of her own late-night talk show. “An Indian-Canadian woman with her own late-night show? Now that’s a dream come true”, Singh told NBC. “I’m thrilled to bring it to life on NBC, and I hope my parents consider this as exciting as a grandchild”. Lilly announced the launch of her new show on Thursday night on Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. “your girl is getting her own NBC late night show”, Singh told the excited audience. “And to clarify, it is not Jimmy’s slot”.

The show will air at 1:30 am EDT beginning of September. A Little Late with Lilly Singh will be taking over Carson Daly’s A Last Call with Carson Daly. Singh revealed that the show will feature guest interviews and comedy sketches. This isn’t going to be the first time that she appears on the silver screen.

She has played a role in Bad Moms and has voiced for Ice Age: collision course. Lilly is very excited about this show. Truth to be said, who isn’t? A little Late with Lilly Singh will be a cornerstone in her career, and she is all set to make it her best. The world is eagerly waiting for the beginning of fall.
